What makes PennFilmco different is our train-and-own model. For just $1,000, anyone can join a film set, receive real-world training in production, and also gain a 1% ownership stake in the film they work on. This approach means that participants don’t just learn — they invest in themselves and become true collaborators in the filmmaking journey.
